How Far In Advance Do You Need To Book A Limo?

One frequently asked question we get when booking one of our limos is: how far in advance do I need to book? If you are the organizer/planner of an event - whether that be a wedding, prom, a company event, or anything this is a common thought. 

If you are planning an event that isn't flexible on date like a prom or wedding where the event will go on even if you weren't able to get a limo. Then we would recommend booking out approximately 3 months in advance, this way you are locking in your limo and you won't be left stranded. 

Common events to book your limo in advance:

• Weddings
• Bachelor/bachelorette parties
• Sporting games: The Patriots at Gillette Stadium, The Celtics and the Bruins at the TD Garden, & The Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. 
• Airport Transportation

If the event is flexible on a date then you are able to book it closer to when you would need it. We do recommend that even if it is flexible that you still book a limo about a month out. This way you are locking down your limo and don't have to worry or stress as the time comes closer.

• Corporate parties (if your date/time is flexible)
• Holiday parties
•  Date night
• Night out with friends
