When you realize you, a friend, or a loved one needs non-emergency medical transportation (rides to and from medical appointments, either one time or recurring) it can be a stressful time. The good news is, it doesn’t have to be. Companies like Real Care Transportation are here to assist you and let you worry about what matters. If this is something you find yourself in need of, here is what to look for:
Experience: You don’t want to hire some new company that has just decided that they want to get into the medical transportation business. You want to make sure a company has a track record of success and experience. You can tell by the number of customers who regularly use the business time and time again. Familiarity: When you are planning non-emergency medical transportation, you’ll want to make sure the company that you are hiring has familiarity with the facility you have your appointments at. This way they will know the best way to get the facility and alternative routes to take if there is bad traffic. Online Reviews: Although its important to take online reviews with a grain of salt, as sometimes one displeased customer will leave an extra negative review, it is still important to look at popular review sites like Google Business and Facebook to make sure nothing funky is going on with the company. Make sure they are more positive reviews than negative, and make sure the reviews look genuine and authentic. Are you or a loved one looking for reliable, safe, friendly, and on time medical transportation? Whether it be a one time need, or regularly scheduled reoccurring transportation, Real Care Transportation is here for you. We are based in Salem, New Hampshire, but have drivers all over the Northeast. Contact us today to plan your medical transportation needs.

It really helped when you said that we should pick a company who has a lot of experience already, and we should choose that ones with a good reputation with their previous clients. With that in mind, I will look for this kind of company for my mom. We just needed to hire one for my mom because there are times that we won't be able to accompany her to her appointments due to the changing schedules of our work.

Thanks for pointing out that you should choose a medical transportation company that's familiar with the facility your appointments are at. My mother-in-law has developed some new health problems, and we think she could benefit from a transportation service to and from her appointments. I'll definitely follow your advice and choose a transportation service that's familiar with her doctor's office!

It really helped when you said how important it is for a medical transportation company to have a successful track record. Last week, we had to get a wheelchair for my grandmother. And it was tricky to move around town. She needs to visit her doctor regularly, so we're thinking about options to optimize the transportation. I think hiring a professional with a good background could be a good option for us. Thanks for the information about what to consider before choosing a medical transportation company.
